It’s foreign to assume that the largest search engine in the world omits punctuation and typographical symbols from the search query, and for no computational reasons other than the algorithms negligence, or the obscurity of unconventional symbols are non-linear representations that don’t serve an objective function; ironically, all keyboard functions are a search engine relevance. Both literary devices parallel characteristic traits across different forms of animate and inanimate domains; what differentiates personification from anthropomorphism is the intrinsic abstract human qualities the former infers in different forms of domains..That may entail an intrinsic abstract human quality ascribed to, or the entity being personified is either abstract or inanimate. Whereas, anthropomorphism exemplifies the character traits of human qualities; subtle distinctions that partition these literary devices, although they’re used interchangeably and viable in the sense of their definition.

Punctuation exemplifies personification and anthropomorphism in the image search query, and although there’s a gray area between these literary devices in that they both connote the transfer or distribution of human qualities and characteristics traits to animate or inanimate entities, punctuation seems to submerge and marinate in these definitions in the search query nicely. If you search query the comma punctuation symbol “,” the content search will index the commas definition; however, adjacent in the image search, the “,” punctuations are personified and anthropomorphized.

If you search query the full stop punctuation symbol “.” the equivalent dynamic occurs in both content search and image search; this invariably occurs with parentheses or curved-brackets ( ) brackets, square-brackets [ ] angle-brackets < > braces { } slashes \/ question marks ? exclamations ! colons : semicolons ; and apostrophes ‘ with one exception, asterisk * Here’s what’s interesting; asterisk is a punctuation symbol like the rest, but if you search query * you’ll get—- “your search did not match any results,” in both image and content search. What’s interesting is an asterisk is a typographical symbol or graph with its peculiar star shaped.

The obscurity or limited use of a punctuation or typographical symbols don’t render it irrelevant or omission, because grammatical symbols in linguistics, whether punctuation or typographical are context signifiers in phrasal sentences that equivocates and disambiguate sentences, making it an imperative input in search query. Here’s an example; “a woman without her man is nothing;” “a woman without her, man is nothing;” the former signifies her dependence on the man, and the latter signifies the mans dependence on her. That’s the power of punctuation and typography, and their ability to alter direct expressions into implicit forms of double meanings.
